Eldora Betsy Lyngdoh is a multifaceted artist from Meghalaya, the Land of Clouds, whose creative journey bridges art, science, and the human spirit. A poet, artist, sculptor, and educator, she is known for weaving emotional depth with intellectual discipline, creating work that resonates across cultures and generations.

Art, Science, and Expression

For over 14 years, Eldora has served as an Assistant Lecturer in Physics at Sacred Heart Higher Secondary School, where scientific precision and curiosity shape her creative philosophy. This unique fusion of structure and imagination allows her poetry and artwork to reflect both emotional rhythm and thoughtful design. Her creative expression is not confined to a single form — it flows seamlessly across poetry, painting, and sculpture, revealing the interconnectedness of logic and emotion.

Literary Journey

Eldora’s poetic voice has found recognition both nationally and internationally. She is the author of the poetry collection Fables and Fictions (2023), and her poems have been featured in several reputed literary magazines. Her second major work, The Pulse, is a collection of 101 poems that explores vulnerability, fragmentation, resilience, and healing — reflecting the rhythms of the human heart and mind.
